Predictors of NFT Prices

This article aims to broaden the understanding of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) pricing determinants by investigating features, both market- and network-related aspects. NFTs are uniquely identifiable digital assets stored on blockchain. Ownership is assigned through smart contracts can be transferred or resold owner. The authors analyzed a comprehensive dataset from Signex.io with over 19,183 datapoints NFT prices social communities using automated machine learning (AML), suitable technique investigate most impactful factors due lack knowledge exact determinants. Findings show that network important determinants: Twitter members followed Discord members. Online drive price NFTs, but not in linear fashion. Given newness phenomenon no agreed upon models, this contributes AML discover relevant (NFT) prices.
